True Image wont open

    I installed True Image and rebooted but program is working. When I try to use it for the first time, an error window pops up: 'ERROR STARTING PROGRAM' TrueImage.exe file :is linked to missing export NETAPI32.DLL:NetMessageBufferSend.
    Another error window simultaneously pops up: 'A device attached to the system is not functioning'. Please help. My OS is Win 98 SE. Thanks.
