True Image Server hang server

    I installed the trial version of TIS8 on my new Dell PowerEdge, its on SATA RAID-0 with 2x160GB drives, ever since installation, whenever I start TIS, the system will just freeze, same if I try to remove it under the Control Panel, how can I remove this product as its not giving me much confidence, the server is a Small Business 2003 with Exchange installed.

    Or an explaination on what the problem is, this is very annoying.

    Please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

    Could you please also do the following?

    - Download and unpack the Device Tree application:

    http://www.acronis.com/files/support/devicetree.zip

    - Run the application;
    - Completely unfold the \Driver\Disk and \Driver\FtDisk branches;
    - Move the margin to the left in order to see all the items;
    - Make a screen shot and send it to us.

    Please note that the application may crash the system when you exit, so we recommend you to save all your work and close other programs prior to running it.
