Hello, I have downloaded the latest build of Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server Version 9.5.8115. I installed only the True Image Management Console on my server. Then Restarted the Server I did a remote install of Acronis Components(Agent) to my pc. Then Restarted the PC Both the server and my pc show I am using Build 8115. When I try to connect to my PC from the True Image Management Console on the server, it freezes. I get no error messages or see any other problems on the server. In task manager it says its Running, but its not doing anything. I can not choose any other options or do anything with it. I have to Ctrl-Alt-Delete and End Now, to close it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled on both the Server and PC. Am I missing a step or is something blocking my connection to my PC? Please Help....Thank You!
