    Greetings,

if you encounter problems on connecting remotely to servers/ws where agents are running and you´re logged in as Administrator of your Domain:

    LEAVE USER/PASS BLANK

unless you want to get mad!

I spent a few weeks on this now. Should be mentioned in the docs!!!!

    Hello manu28,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

We are very sorry for the delay with the response.

I've consulted with the respective person from our Development Team and he assured me that what you have found is not a problem but a normal behaviour of Acronis True Image 9.1 Enterprise Server. If no username is entered, the default one is used, i.e. username you used to log in. As you are using a domain administrator username, you can connect to any computer in your domain without the need to specify your credentials. If you want to specify a particular username, you should enter it in a form of "domain\user" or "user@domain.com".

I've checked the respective documentation and was unable to find any references to this information. I've informed the respective person about this fact and he will take about the documentation to be updated as soon as possible.

If you have any further questions concerning Acronis software, please feel free to submit a request for technical support or post any of them on this forum. We will certainly try to help you in resolving any issues.

    Thank you.
