True Image can't see or detect SATA drive!

    HI guys, I just bought a SATA hard drive and somehow True Image Boot Disk can't see the SATA drive, it only see my old IDE drive? can anyone help? thanks.

    Well Jin...it can see my Sata drives....but thats about it :(

    Can you see your Sata drive in Windows Explorer?

    Hello Jin

    It would help a great deal if you advised the following:

    1. The operating system you have installed
    2. The version and build number of TI
    3. The make/model number of your SATA controller
    4. Whether the SATA controller is operating in RAID or non RAID mode
