    Hello Joshi,

    Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

    To find the reason we need a couple of files. Could you please do the following?

    1. Could you please provide me with the screen shot of the internal Disk Management utility window (Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management).

    If you are not familiar with making screen shots, please read the below step-by-step instructions.

    - Get to the window which you want to make a screen shot of;
    - Hit the (Alt+)PrintScreen button on your keyboard;
    - Run Paint usually available in Start\Programs\Accessories or another graphics application;
    - Choose Paste command in Edit menu;
    - Save the result picture in JPEG format being preferable.

    Attach the screen shot to your post.

    2. Please download Acronis Report utility available here and run it, create a report and attach to your post.

    This would provide us with detailed information on the hard disk partition structure.

    Thank you.

    Hell Dmitry,

    I´ve already installed the SnapAPI Update. Didn´t solve the problem.
    Any other ideas?

    Hello Oleg,

    My Fileserver is a Fujitsu-Siemens FibreCAT NX40 S4 (which is somehow based on an RX300S4). Attached to it is one harddisk shelf via sas.

    I´m running Windows 2003 Storage Server R2 (always up2date).

    4GB of RAM, and 2 physical CPU´s (Xeon E5420).

    Anything else you´s like to know?

    BR

    Hello Joshi,

    Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

    Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows can perform only files and folders backup of NAS devices. You are unable to backup NAS as a partition. The only thing I can propose you is the following:

    Please install SnapAPI update file available here, reboot the computer to complete the changes and see if the issue remains.

    If this doesn't help, we are unable to enforce the program to work in this case.

    Thank you.
