True Image 8.0 ES vs. Symantec LiveState 3.0 AS

    True Image vs. Competitors

    Has anyone else used another imaging tool and eventually converted to True Image? Per my previous post, I migrated from LiveState 3.0 Advanced Server to True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server.

    Not really since I am still using LiveState. I am interested in True Image though. I never really understood what "Acronis Secure Zone" is all about. What persuaded you to migrate?

    What concerns your question on Acronis Secure Zone, here is a brief description:

    - Acronis Secure Zone is a special hidden partition which is used to store both your images and special boot loader named Acronis Startup Recovery Manager;

    - If your system fails you will just need to boot into a special mode by pressing F11 during the PC startup and then restore your system;

    - Acronis Secure Zone can be created on any local disk.
