True Image 8.0 Build 763

Trying to clone boot hard drive C (40GB) to New Hard Drive (200GB). For nine hours the dialog box "Partition Lock 2.0......" did not move except for quick, flashing of the hard drive light.

Should this type of clone take so long?

I have this same build (763) and it will not even begin to create an image. The percentage complete meter stays on 0%. I know the program isn't froze because the time to completion keeps going up. Once it said it would take 13 hours to complete an image of my 30 gig laptop I gave up. Can't update to latest build because it isn't listed on website. Emails to tech support just come back as the same automated responses providing no help.
