True Image 10.0

    I'm using True Image 10.0 build 4871. When I boot the rescue CD without quiet option and run sysinfo it says Linux 2.4.33-acronis-rc3. Why is the new True Image 10.0 still using the old Linux 2.4 instead of the new Linux 2.6 kernel?

    Please note that the full variant of the standalone version of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home is based on the Linux kernel 2.4.33 with Acronis patches. At this time we do not plan to upgrade it to version 2.6. However, we will consider this option in the future.
