The IT at my work place had done full-disk encryption to my desktop.
I have just uninstalled it without knowing the consequences of it.
Now, the windows on the system cannot start. The truecrypt on the computer asks for the password, accept the same, starts booting process, but could shift to windows.

The windos with two option is shown, asking for:
    1) start windows normally,( if selected, system again goes back to passwrd window)

    2) check for windows recovery manually, (this option does not work)

    Pls. suggest solution.

    Thank you.

System encryption involved was pre-boot authentication only.

First, take a look at this. It's supposed to be made when that system was encrypted, I'm not sure how other discs will work.

Second, can you mount the drive using TrueCrypt on the other machine? Use "Select Device..." on the drive or partition and enter the same password. Then you can make a disk image so you can restore the unencrypted OS and repair with Windows installation disc.
