  1. I have gone to housecall.trendmicro.com & found the following Trojans:
    js_exception.gen
    java_femad.b
    java_bytever.A-1

I've searched all over the Net to discover that they are probably adware/trojans & I am totally unable to find them to delete, even running in Safe Mode on my XP operating system.

These guys are hidden very well. At housecall.trendmicro.com, it displays the folder name/location where the 'virus' is found, but the location displayed there is bogus.

    These things are totally hidden.

    I have run:
    hijack this
    AVG Antivirus
    Spybot S&D
    Ad-aware
    ALL TO NO AVAIL
    :-(

Anyone have any words of wisdom?

    Hi Idiote Savante,

    Welcome at Wilders. :)

    Please read this thread:
    http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=13039

You will find some tips and screenshots on how to clean out your Java Cache.

I would still go here HERE and follow the instructions to be sure you are clean. Since you have already ran SpyBot and/or AdAware, skip step 1 and go to step 2.

    Regards,
    Kent
