    Hi confucius,

    Before you start please move hijackthis.exe to a folder of it´s own. The program creates backups in the folder it is in. The way you are running it now these would end up on your desktop.

    Check the following items in HijackThis.
    Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = file://C:\WINDOWS\System32\SearchBar.htm
    R3 - URLSearchHook: IncrediFindBHO Class - {4FC95EDD-4796-4966-9049-29649C80111D} - C:\PROGRA~1\INCRED~1\BHO\INCFIN~1.DLL (file missing)

    O2 - BHO: IE Agent - {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000221} - C:\Program Files\ClearSearch\CSIE.DLL (file missing)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {000020DD-C72E-4113-AF77-DD56626C6C42} - C:\WINDOWS\twaintec.dll (file missing)

    O2 - BHO: NavErrRedir Class - {4FC95EDD-4796-4966-9049-29649C80111D} - C:\PROGRA~1\INCRED~1\BHO\INCFIN~1.DLL (file missing)

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KpNf] C:\documents and settings\rodrigo\local settings\temp\KpNf.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AutoUpdater] "C:\Program Files\AutoUpdate\AutoUpdate.exe"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Dpi] C:\Program Files\Common Files\Dpi\dpi.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Pcsv] C:\WINDOWS\system32\pcs\pcsvc.exe

    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [CMD] cmd32.exe

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [msmc] C:\WINDOWS\System32\msmc.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Slow] C:\Documents and Settings\Rodrigo\Application Data\oauo.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WNSI] C:\WINDOWS\System32\wnscpsv.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [HXIUL.EXE] C:\Program Files\Alset\HelpExpress\Rodrigo\HXIUL.EXE
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [HELPEXP.EXE] C:\Program Files\Alset\HelpExpress\Rodrigo\Client\HelpExp.exe

    Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
    C:\Program Files\Alset\HelpExpress <= entire folder
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\wnscpsv.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\msmc.exe
    C:\Documents and Settings\Rodrigo\Application Data\oauo.exe
    C:\Program Files\AutoUpdate <= entire folder
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Dpi <= entire folder
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\pcs <= entire folder
    cmd32.exe
    C:\documents and settings\rodrigo\local settings\temp\KpNf.exe <= NOTE: the Local Settings folder is hidden by default. Check here how to "unhide" those: http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=192

    Regards,

    Pieter
