Trojan detected but not removed

    Hello!
    I'm using an up to date version of Eset Smart Security 4 on my Windows 7 64-bit. When I run a scan it detects:

    Operating memory >> rundl32.exe[2968] - probably a variant of Win32/Ponmocup.AA trojan - unable to clean


    but is unable to clean/delete it. Please tell me how do I get rid of this virus.
