Trojan, access denied

    Well I scanned my computer with "Defender Pro Anti-Virus 5.0" and it came up with "C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllms.dll" as a PSW trojan,except it only shows up after reboot and the Defender pro program cant delete it it says that access is denied, i tried using "Dellater" but it said the file wasnt found,so what do i do?
