   I have a trial version of NOD32 2.5.16, can I update to NOD32 2.5.19 just pressing "update" or do I have to download the trial version of NOd 2.5.19 at the eset home page?

   Not at this stage, the trial version is what Eset make available, you shouldn't see an issue with it.
