Trend Micro's Sysclean

This Tool is Handy to have around and I like to keep it on a r/w cd in case of emergencies or if I just want to make sure an AV is doing it's job when I do housecalls. It's easy to create and use and the link to the page follows. Hope this helps someone along the way.

I agree I have used this on my recovery windows PE cd's for about a year now and it is a very useful toool to use in conjunction with McAfee commandline in that environment.

 

I used PC-Cillin once for customers and never again!

PC was infected with Welchia virus I run Pc-Cillin and it "cleaned" system. After restart I could not start Winows no more...

 

This thread is about Trends Sysclean, not PC-Cillin.

 

Yes, Trend's Sysclean with the TSC.exe file is very effective at malware removal (not talking about detection here)
