These 2 sites don't show the same version for the same language.

I can confirm. NOD32 v3.0.650 is now available in french.
It is available now at eset.com and through official french distributor but web site is not updated. However, selecting 3.0.642 to download will allow you to update (or to install) the last v3.0650 french release.

Update successfully applied (over the previous 3.0.642) but I needed to clean update cache in order to update virus datable. Apparently something appeared with update causing virus database update error... After cleaning update cache, updates applied successfully...
