As Bing is set as my home page on my browsers (because I like their daily images) I see a link to track COVID-19.

May or may not be helpful or interesting.

Bing is actually doing this better than most sites in my opinion. A decent amount of info that is easy to access.

Confirmed Cases and Deaths by Country
    https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/
    -----------------
This page presents historical SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection information. I try to present it in a way that helps inform about how the virus is progressing throughout the main outbreaks worldwide in a way that allows countries to be compared and perhaps lessons learned. The underlying infection and containment processes are complicated, and conclusions you or I may draw from these graphs are not true predictions. For that, you'd need much more data about what is being done in each country, and about how the data is collected. Comments are my interpretation only. Nevertheless, I hope you find it useful.

    ------------------------
On this page, we present the 6-day forecasts of COVID-19 case counts by country based on a novel epidemiological model that integrates the effect of population behavior changes due to government measures and social distancing.

These graphs are very useful and informative because of the log scale !!!

You need a log scale graph to understand the progress, the"exponential growth".
Then you can compare the progress in different countries!

I had seen just only one article in my newspaper with just only one log scale (!!) graph.
See this Dutch article in newspaper NRC in which it is explained (in Dutch):
    https://www.nrc.nl/nieuws/2020/03/20/exponentiele-groei-inzichtelijk-gemaakt-a3994425
In that article David Lentink of Stanford University is quoted. He points also to Paul Ehrlich (The Population Bomb) and Dennis Meadows (The Limits to Growth) when emphasizing the importance of those kind of graphs and understanding them.

    Thanks @anon :thumb:

    PS:
Explanation: log stands for logarithm (mathematics)

Yes, not bad at all. I must say I'm a bit shocked about the US, didn't know it would spread so fast. I'm guessing this will be another terrible week on Wall Street.

I assume the U.S. is just identifying it better. I'm betting it spreads similarly everywhere. The inconsistent death rates of some countries leads me to believe they are probably just not identifying a lot of infected people. The total infection rate is probably much higher than we will ever know.

Yes I agree, but it's still shocking to see how quickly people can infect each other. I assume this virus is not spread via the air. BTW, I use this site to track infections in Holland:
