tor javascript exception

    ok so i was using tor bundle (latest) which of course allows javascript except it is a secure-set version.
    and my computer was acting slow like a ~ Snipped as per TOS ~ so in the midst of all that slowness i got some pop up about torbutton and a javascript exception.
    can slow browser contribute to ip leaks?
