Tor Help

    Does anyone know how I can shut down the browser in the Tor Browser Bundle, without having Vidalia and Tor shut down as well? I need to leave those to running to tunnel my VPN through...but want to use my own Firefox browser.

    That's been discussed recently on tor-talk. Basically, shutting down the browser is not recommended, although there is a workaround. Using Firefox instead of the TBB browser is strongly not recommended.

    Thanks, this just for stuff I really don't care about...just testing it out. Was trying to avoid installing the stand alone Vidalia/Tor bundle. I can just minimize TBB FF and use Iron.
