Its still quite easy to get around these somewhat "crude" restriction blocks. However; many in Turkey are not experienced with this and remember this blockage just started on Dec 12th. This is throwing Newbie's into a new world for them. Over time the solutions may be more private. If a private group of coders has an easy workaround and they publish it, the Gov will close the workaround. If not then we are sort of defeating the purpose of TOR. That is always a trade-off for coders.
