    This is Melody from IObit.

We released Advanced SystemCare v5.3.0 several days ago. Today we submit ASCTray.exe on www.virustotal.com and find only your program NOD32 reports our file ASCTray.exe as "probably unknown NewHeur_PE". Here is the virustotal results for your reference.

This is absolutely a false positive. Our program is high-test, absolutely without any virus, spyware or any other threats.

Please solve this issue as soon as possible. We attached the reported file ASCTray.exe (rename the file ASCTray.exe.txt as ASCTray.exe) so that you can look into it.

You can also download the Advanced SystemCare v5.3.0 setup file from the link below if you need more information about the program.

Please contact us at: support6@iobit.com for more information.

    Thanks for your speedy reply.

The detection is correct but it will be reclassified so that it's not detected only by heuristics.
