From Stuxnet to Sony, a number of cyberattacks emerged in 2011 that experts have predicted for quite some time. I predict 2012 will be even more pivotal, thrusting cybersecurity into the spotlight. These are my top seven forecasts for the year ahead:

Definitely interesting predictions. I am very curious to see how malware adapts. Perhaps they'll focus on phones.

 

I believe phones will be prominent as more users are using them for Banking, Purchases online with them but not I!

I don't do much banking except at the bank =p

I'm not so sure we'll see more 0 days. Maybe we'll see more in terms of targeted attacks on companies.

I think the personal user will likely see more socially engineered malware and more of the same old exploits like blackhole. And, of course, phone malware.
