Tools to virtualize a running machine?

    Favorite tools for virtualizing PCs running XP and Win 7?

    Is there anything that can virtualize a mac and run it on PC hardware without a bunch of hacks and other drawbacks?

    Thanks for the links. Created a vhd and then tried to convert with the vmware conversion tool. No go because it wants a .vmc and all I have is a .vhd.

    What is the history behind the free version of Paragon Go Virtual? I cannot locate it on their website.
