Yeah, I'm done too. If Acronis wants my business they'll need to address some issues from product design to support.

I was pretty happy with TI home v9. I upgraded to V10 and lost my "backup happiness"

Now that I have upgraded to v11, I cannot wipe the feeling that I have been robed of my money. V11 performance is horrible. I normally initiate my backup at the end of my working day from booting in the Boot Rescue CD.

I always perform a verify/validate as part of the process. Now with V11, oftentimes the process is not yet completed more than 15 hours later, when I resume my work day the next morning. I have about 280GB worth of data to backup to an external USB 2.0 hard drive. The processor is a dual Xeon 3.0 GHz with 6 GB of memory.

Each release is supposed to be better not worst ...

One thing is certain ; Acronis True Image V11 is my LAST product from Acronis if they do not fix this major performance blunder through an updated V11 build.

    GSimard,

Out of interest, are you imaging partitions with this amount of data?

Do you use incremental data backup software?

How much does your data change day by day?
