Tinywall works only in autolearn

Hi,

Would someone be able to help me? I have been a user of outpost and resently have tried tinywall. The problem is what ever programs I whitelist such as Fx will not connect to the to a web site. I get a timed out and the error page in the browser. If I put it to autolearn browser work perfectly. When i switsh it back to normal protection the browser will not conect back to the net. Rules are supposed to be written when I exit auto learn but this doesn't seem to be happening. What shoukd windows firewall be set to automatic or manual? Any help will be appreciated, Thank you in advance.
