TI9, Build 2337, license # ?

    I'm working with TI since version 6 and it was always ok.

    With TI9, build 2337, I've big problems running this version under W2K.
    Executing this program, after a correct installation I always get an error:
    "Acronis True Image cann't find a correct license number. Install this product new".

    Ok, I deleted this program, also all registry keys, installed it again and got the same error.

    German support still has no solution for my problem.
    Do you have one?

    Hi,

    thank you. Missing permissions - that's the solution.

    Today I got a *.reg-file from german support which I had to import
    into the branch:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Acronis\
    First I gave the Acronis-Key full permission, reg-file could be imported,
    and the program started.
