    1. I have a brand new Dell GX620 with no PS/2 ports: Keyboard and Mouse must be USB. Also, system has only 80GB SATA drive. DOS works fine with keyboard and mouse. Neither DDS (554) or TI9 (2302) work with USB. In DDS, keyboard and mouse are dead; in TI9, mouse works only vertically, not horizontally, and keyboard stops working at the "Select Partition to backup" page.

    2. Both programs, after first load from CD, report "ata2: disabling port." DDS is unable to Resize partition (partition is marked with white-X-in-red-ball). TI9 starts to do image, then stops after third CD with "Cancelled" message!

    3. Utterly unable to write to DVD of anykind with TI9.

When will Acronis fix these products to support modern computers?
