    Hello Kiran,

    First of all, we are glad to hear you have found a way to clone the drive properly. If the USB mouse was a problem then you may have tried to clone using Acronis Bootable CD. Is that right? There may be no problems if you clone under Windows (you will be asked to reboot and the cloning would have been performed in Windows native mode).

    Yes, I was using the bootable CD. I can live without a mouse when using TI.
