    Hi,

    I'm trying to setup TI Home 10.0 to backup to an external FTP site. I have sucessfully been able to add the FTP server to my backup locations but when I try to setup a task to automatically perform the backup I recieve an error (error is below) rigth after I enter the backup description. I did put all user/password information in. The FTP server is up and running. It shows it trying to connect but not trying to log in.

    E004B0001: Error occurred during connection to FTP server: ftp://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/ASDW1/.

    Please contact Acronis support team for information on how to resolve this issue.
    To provide our support team with complete description of the issue, click Details, and then click the icon above the description in the open field. It will copy the issue's details to the Clipboard.

    Error occurred during connection to FTP server: ftp://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/ASDW1/. (0x4B0001)

    Hello LIComputerGuy,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Please make sure you use the latest build (4942) of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

    Please make sure the FTP server is configured as described in chapter 1.3.4 "Supported storage media" of Acronis True Image 10.0 Home User's Guide.

    If the issue persists, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:

    To obtain FTP log, please proceed as follows:
    - Run regedit from Start -> Run;
    - Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Acronis\DebugLogs registry key;
    - Please create the folder DebugLogs if it does not exist yet;
    - Add ftp value (Type: DWORD; Data: 1);
    - Please reproduce the problem;
    The ftp.log will be created in Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\DebugLogs folder.

    Please also collect the application log of the operation:
    - run the program;
    - select Show log on the toolbar or from the Tools menu;
    - select the log with error messages;
    - click "Save the log entry to file" (the diskette icon).

    Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
