I got it via the "Download TB in your language" link about an hour ago. It was working for me.
Again my apologies for my posting about TB in the FF thread yesterday!

Why on earth an email program is doing this kind of survey in this way, I don't know.
But I do know one thing: a very bad decision

 

Anyone know what is happening with the version 115.12.0 release?
They say "Released June 13, 2024" :

But it seems not to be available yet.

I don't trust it until exact details are published about why and what happened.
Maybe the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing ...

Despite Mozilla's public summary reports of close coordination, I believe you are quite near to the truth.
Some of the trouble may be rushed actions just before the Father's Day weekend… Just saying.
I sincerely doubt if further explanations are forthcoming.

out of curiosity there exists a 115.13.0 esr candidate which got not final. any plans like firefox 115esr to extend the TB 115 builds?

That seems still to be the case. I don't know what is happening. Maybe the left hand and the right hand again ...
I don't know.

Being at that DSLR thread, I see a posting about a possible issue with TB 128.
It points to BetterBird article with a red warning there:

I don't know more about that possible issue and/or whether that has been fixed in TB 128 already (if needed at all !!).
