ThreatFire 4.6 custom rules set up tip

i dont run TF and mamutu at the same time ever, i just switch them out and im back to mamutu. so i use WinPatrol mainly for services monitoring for regular programs and startup and the delay startup feature, just use it like a toolbox for changing some stuff. i disabled UAC because i found it to either be redundant and/or annoying.
