    Hi,
I have just completed a fresh install of NOD32 AV v4, RA Server & Console onto a Windows 2000 Small Business Server and connected PCs. Initial scans on the PCs have found some virus infections (have received emails from the site advising of such). However, the threat tab in RAC is not showing these infected files. The client PCs are showing in RAC under the clients tab OK. Last files scanned and cleaned are all showing as 0

Any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hello Cossy,

The Remote Administrator's Threat Log only shows viruses picked up by the real-time scanner. So running an on-demand scan does not populate this area.

    Hi Wayne,
Thanks for the reply. How do I view what infected files were found on a particular PC?

    Thanks
    Cosmas

    Cosmas,

The Scan Log tab in RA shows the scans than took place on client machines and you can view the details to see the whole log file.
