Even if it’s sealed, it’s still all over the internet. That’s a problem

I don't have first hand experience with ever running a potential employee through a "system" where their name popped up after they told me they were clean. At some point if a person has paid their debt/sentence they may deserve a second chance for many crimes if not most. It would be a shame if that wasn't the case. I know there are two sides to this debate and I don't think LWM wants it tackled here in this forum so lets avoid it. Due to social media I think we all know that once something is posted its virtually impossible to make it go away completely.

It is worrisome that just arrest may be in the files online forever, because someone can be later found not guilty by the judge/jury.
