I had similar problems in the past when I tried to exclude bookmarks, I believe others experienced them as well. I don't think there's a solution unless Tony (the developer) looks into it, but I doubt he will as this has been going on for a long while... My final resolution is to use SD with completely default configuration and save bookmarks using other methods.

    What about StorURL?
    https://www.haztek-software.com/applications/www/storurl/

You can export the db and commit it and keep your bookmarks, not in your browser but in a simple database... no more notepads everywhere...

    And it is free :-*

Please share your thoughts if this app could be an alternative method :doubt:

thanks, Osaban and camelia for your replies.
for me, it seems it would be simpler to just use Firefox on Windows 10:doubt:

Thanks, it looks like a nifty solution, particularly the online option...

It depends on how long you want to remain in shadow mode, I usually assign 4GB out of 8-12 GB of RAM which is fine for a session of 3-4 hours. You need more if you download heavy files like videos and movies...

Do you mean where did I find the history link?

If that is what you mean denis, it's on the download page, on the right hand side where is says Recent updates. Just press the ''more'' link.

Or did you mean something else?

Why VT is always detecting Baidu Win32.Trojan.WisdomEyes.16070401.9500.9833 when analyze SD 1.4.0.680?
with Previous Version 1.4.0.672 the detection was the same :cautious: AND the VT community is voting SD is unsafe :doubt:

Anyway can someone please provide me the SHA384, SHA512 and file size of the current version?
    Thanks

    Mine says April 21, 2018 (namely, ‎Saturday, ‎April ‎21, ‎2018 10:11:20 PM).
    Same hash SHA-512 = 3ee142fc0f48528edd2efa0ff967f05287ff6e7ea6e9188f9f68025f64d311fe9d93d37cfac268ec3163dd95d5346edf97a0e4034e254c3756eb85ba927c7c9f

Why is it still showing this popup and should I just ignore it?
Latest version works fine so far in shadow mode and out of shadow mode
