no i didnt thanks i check i also used

firefox addon download them all most the time have you check it

 

I did find in the wget documentation that wget can redirect i/o, however, I found that wget did not respond well to piping the download file through a pipe to store the file directly on a device, and the curl command worked great without having to parse and understand how to get what I wanted from wget documentation.
