Sure. But people should know that cellphones are being tracked. And that the NSA ignores domestic US law.

IMO This case is just a ruse so the supreme court can legitamise what they already do. When you go to the beach in the middle of summer and a man and woman fully clothed in long black pants, jackets and street shoes walks onto the beach directly to your beach umbrella where your phone is and stands there for ten minutes looking all around while you watch them from the ocean and then when you get out of the water and walk up by them and say to the woman, "I'm dissapointed you didn't wear a bikini" they both scowl at you while she takes the large proffesional looking camera she's wearing on a strap around her neck and blatently takes a picture of you before they both turn and walk back off the beach the way they came....

And after the court, it's decided that cops can continue tracking phones without warrant like most of them have been doing anyway all these years. Just like UK has been spying it's citizens for 17 frigging years with government blessing and kangaroo court says "carry on".

I have said it here before and will say it again: those in power won't give one **** of your life or privacy. So don't expect any legislation to be on your side.
