    No, most browsers display the code then write to cache. Some browsers use memory cache (ie Opera) as a "first port of call", then disk cache.

    I Use noscript. But not any others you mention simply becoz it hamper my online surfing experience.

    Now i am testing the google Anti Phishing add on as well ^^
