Hi Nat: It's me, I.m rather new you see.
BettleBoss is a friend to me.
New friends are alway fun, I think I may have found a new one.
Grandpa is here today, therefore with the rhyme stuff I get to play.
As you can see this color stuff is fun for me. [IMG]

The Wildman was at the kids house yesterday, but on the rhyming we did not long play.
The kids have a new toy, an it is obvious this brings them much joy.
They tried to explain to Grandpa this Xbox thing, but it only left Grandpa's head hurting.
New technology is fine, but it sure wasn't like this in Grandpa's time.
Oh well they will be back here in time, and Grandpa will once again help them rhyme.
I don't know how many more times, hate to tell you kids but it soon again will be school time.

    Thanks
    Wildman

The Id Girl once more rides, Grandpa is by her side.
Making friends is so much fun, I am glad that I have begun.
Bettleboss Grandpa's picture may be on the way, I just have to figure out how to get my camera's memory to unload some day.
Hey I am only eight, so just give me a break.
To get Grandpa's picture may be hard, I may have to chase him all over the yard.
I will get his picture you know, because Grandpa loves me so.

Sorry, but I can't rhyme in English, even the easy "4 word sentences" beats me.
But I grew up with Columbo on TV and in this good episode "The Conspirators" (1978 ), Columbo used this funny rhyme and I still remember it after 27 years. :D

    The Pelican

A marvelous bird is the pelican
His beak can hold more than his belly can.
He can store in his beak
    Enough food for a week
And I don't know how the hell 'e can.

 Not many people have been here to play in many a day.
I know the summer is almost over an new things my drag us away, but let's come back here once in awhile an play.
The rhyming game can tell us allot about each other, so let's not keep this stuff under cover.
I look forward to hear from each an every one, an remember this is for fun.
I know not all are experts at rhyme, but hey don't be shy, I'll keel hull anyone who gives you a bad time.
Many of the Wilder ladies appear to be away, I sure hope each are well an we hear from them any old day.
Well this ditty is now through, I wait to hear from you.

    Thanks
    Wildman

    Noone should feel lonely
in this crazy thread of fun, http://bestsmileys.com/friendly/3.gif
    But Summerbreak is going,
and soooo much seems still left undone. http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/2238/faulenz4sc.gif

Just you wait till the first snowflakes start falling,
and everyone's cold, and then start balling. http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/4244/freezingcold8ms.gif

The great (!) poets of Wilder's,
more often then will they meet,
    and I think there's a new one, ;)
    Id_Girl is her name,
    I'm anxious to finally greet ! http://bestsmileys.com/waving/5.gif

[IMG] Ah I am glad to see all did not go away, an some out here will still play.
Some familiar names we have not seen in some time, I do hope they come back here to rhyme.
I hope some of them have not gone away, can anyone say?
Nat I am glad to see you back, an I hope no more maladies attack.
I'll let Mullet an Id Girl know, an I kind of think they will once again show.
They both seem to enjoy this rhyming game, an the Wildman is glad that they came.
Guitar God gave it a try, but his ability in this stuff is dry.
Now to give him his due, on them strings he demonstrated, an I can attest that his fingers flew.

    Thanks
    Wildman

Well summer is almost bye bye, ain't no use to cry.
It was not in the plan for Grammie to get layed low, so for the remainder of the time it will Grandpa who shows.
The pictures Grandpa has now been trying to make, hey don't laugh, give me a break.
On Monday I'll be at your house, an then you can see why you should pity me.
Time marches on when your having fun, an I can't believe the Guitar God has High School begun.
It won't be that long before you are all out the door, but Grandpa will always remember as it was before.
Well I think I may hear the dinner bell, so this rhyme is over do tell.

    Thanks
    Wildman

You're all not alone in this fun,
we too have summerbreak almost done !
    Somewhat I'm glad, :)
    yet strangely sad, :'(
Kids need a backpack and a new folder,
and parents faster than ever, are getting older
Why's school off almost three months long ?!!
Don't you think in classroom kids ALL YEAR belong ? :p
Is it 'cause adults too get free time that much ?
But I think in this, I'm slightly 'out of touch'. :doubt:
    But no matter the latter.
    Different states and
    different times
does school start from one another,
    I think it's to prevent,
    crashing into each other !!

    :D:D:D

School starts Tuesday as I said.
Backpacks are ready...books have been read.
Tonight we practice, by going to bed.
So, in the morning we shall pretend.

This Mom likes to tease her kidoes so
In morning off to pretend school we go.
Yes, we all get up early for dress and breakfast
Brush hair and teeth and out the door the fastest.

It always confuses the children so
as I play this pretend game as far as I can go

    We drive off to school....just like it was time for class {humm...better not use that word ;) }

We drive off to school, just like it was Tuesday
Then, we pull up to the empty school lot
    and kids think I'm crazy!

I, then, reach back and offer our friendly good bye high-five
and say "OK, I'll pick up y'all up....hopefully before five.

As they slowly get out and on to the sidewalk.....
I say,"where the heck ya going?? Its to McDonald's we're off"

Oh, this must be why my kids are so crazy!
But, I just love it......wouldn't change it for daisies

Housework is a pain that never goes away, :doubt:
Unfortunately, not taking care of it,
will make rats in ones home likely to stray  :doubt:
