 Ah the days when I knocked back more than two, those days are now through.
If I have more than two, it is me that is through.
Ah once I was young, now I have gotten old, son of a gun.
My beer (bier) will always be with me. No that's not right for it does make one p**.
Wine is fine, but you know what drink is on my mind.

    Thanks
    Wildman
    :D ;) :D :p

Older but wiser, so they say
takes all the fun of beer away
    and the truth hurts
    less beer, less burps

    Burps can really be OK
    if they quietly go away
    even babies make that noise
it gives their mommys lots of joys[IMG]

TRUE! But when they get older,
    burps make me colder,
    Though it's a natural thing,
but not nice when kissing someone
with whom I have a fling. :ninja: :D

Yes Nat, kissing one that burps too often can be quit annoying
could even be considered very boring

politely belching is the way to go
if you wish to put on a good show

    Be careful with those flings
    one might get flung
tried to make this a rhyming thing
oh well, that song has been sung

Thumbs up for words of being polite,
Those kind of good manners are surely a delight!
I'd even light a thousand candles, right at midnight !

    Dear Zorro, what's a flung ??
Is it something like from a bee being stung o_O

In lieu of a rhyme only this time
a definition or two is in line

    1. To throw with violence: flung the dish against the wall. See Synonyms at throw.
    2. To put or send suddenly or unexpectedly: troops that were flung into battle.
    3. To throw (oneself) into an activity with abandon and energy.
    4. To cast aside; discard: fling propriety away.

flung sounds so lonely, violent and sad
    that wouldn't make anyone glad
I would never 'flung' anyone [IMG]
I don't think it would be much fun

    Thank you very much,
my vocabulary needs a lil up-touch (lol)

But a fling or flung might
    not be that bad,
    nothing's thrown in or out
    in a haste,
that would be a total waste. ;) :D

    Who ME ? ;)

    Well flung or fling,
    sprung has spring.
With snow on the way, 10 feet tall,
I suppose I'll hide in a sturdy mall !

    Who's talking to who?
    Am I confused
    or is it you?

We are talking to each other,
    though I do think.
But I'm needing something warm to wear,
something like a jacket in pink.
If it'll fit , I do not know,
prolly need someone with me in there,
when the storm hits and the snow !!

Thought Spring was springing up there with you
The time for coats is almost though
Time to get out the boat
and go for a long float

Yes, you're right, but that was days ago,
was ready for bikini-wear on the go.
And all sudden, out of the blue,
weather turns, icecycles will be growing instead of flowers.:(
Trust me, it's sad but very true. :doubt: :'(

    Looks like you're snowed in
who thought this would happen again
Make the best of it and it wll soon be over
and there will be a fresh crop of clover

    Hopefull and very nicely said,
but meanwhile, we may need snowplows, a whole set !

Rita may have a plow handy
unless she is snowed in too
    I hear it's a dandy
    and gets you right through

You think I could borrow one of hers?
Would it work, like through airmail,
could be faster - or maybe fail ??

  22. ronjor

    ronjor Global Moderator

    Probably too expensive
I think I would just wait
    don't be apprehensive
soon, the snow will be gone and it will be great

    I like your optimistic ways,
wish I had more of this
on a few certain days. :D
I'll hang in there, don't you worry,
    if I'm buried in snow - you better say I'm sorry ! :D :D :D

    Just looked at the radar
    looks like you're getting hit
maybe a trip to a yogurt bar
or better yet, have it delivered quick

    Delivered quick ?
It may be too slick !
    Will land on the bum,
I'll just drown in my bottle of rum ! :p :D
