:) What's this talk about healthy foods and spat? The wildman says pork fat rules, and that is that.
Some say eat this, and others say eat that. Someone will come out with yet another theory to say what makes one fat.
The wildman is done paying attention to that.
Moderation is the key, that is what sounds reasonable to me.
Some have undergone the knife, now that is enough to cause me great fright.
This food thing can drive one crazy, so common sense must come into play you see.

    Thanks
    wildman

Dear Ron, our band is not immortal, not that I know.
We should still eat right and know how to do so complete.
So we have all the strenghts possible to compete.
So, indulge in veggies and fiber, and lots of water to flow.

Excuse me, the menu sounds very bland
in this weakened state, we will never have a band.
    However, as per your advice
I will try this menu twice

With words of wisdom like those,
not much I can add to this prose - only:
    "I Agree" :p

Good start to start with brown rice.
And a carrot on the other hand !

Carrots and rice, I had to look twice.

Put the food on the spit
and as a backup, we can bake it.

Okay Nat, I'm pretty sure the band has all the info
to live a healthy life and much more
but it seems during all this quibbling here
the band has decided to hit the door

 The healthy food quips are scaring the wildman. What if he slips.
Oh wait that's right I take Zcor. I'm getting a better score.
The blood pressure may be something. I hope the blood pressure pills are doing their thing.
What about nutrition? I do believe that Centrum Silver will drive away any suspicion.
The heart, what if it fails to start? I guess at that stage, there wouldn't be a care on my part.
An aspirin a day should keep that sucker beating o.k.
What if I retain to much water? Them tiny little pills, their a pee starter.
On the tread mill I shall walk each day. That should help thing along the way.
No I'll eat what I want, and want what I eat. It's from seconds that I'll make a hasty retreat.
Getting older sucks. On that issue we are all out of luck.

    Thanks

I think chocolate is my only sin ?
But fish is my main, I even eat the fin.
But oh wait there could be more,
oh I don't know, too many foods that I adore !
Enough of that, I practiced while I was gone,
it took me a while, almost til dawn.
I brought a friend, his name is Diddel,
he would like to accompany us on his fiddle.
So please listen to this song,
just be patient, it won't take that long.

I guess he changed his mind,
a bit shy, he'll stay in the background,
until himself again, he can find.... http://img217.exs.cx/img217/7903/whistling8sx.gif

O......what's that? I here music again,
Right in the middle of food and pain,
If a fish played a fiddle, while taking centrum in the middle,
Alot the fish would gain, even with an name like Diddel :(
These names you pick my good friend nat,
Have got me now wondering, are you where it's at?

    I don't know myself where I'm at - Brad.
My mind seems in a slumber,
perhaps I ate too much salad of cucumber ! ;)
But I think it's time to say "hi" to my friend Diddl. http://www.gif-galerie.de/gif/ComicDiddl/diddl10.gif
You know, the guy with that beautiful fiddl.
But he left it at home, thank god he also can play
    the Xylophone.

Yes, he is a fine talent is that Diddel,
Playing that fiddle, I've heard he sometimes throws in a riddle,
The Xylophone is not that easy to learn, I have tried, and I yearn,
My tings were not in tune with my tongs,
And hence never matched the lyrics to my songs. :(

So I guess we have another member in this band,
It's Diddel, So get him up Nat, let him take the stand!

:) So it's a band making music throughout the land.
We now got this dude Diddle who plays the fiddle.
It's time for a new member named Joe, he plays the banjo.
He drinks moon shine from a jug also.
The more he drinks, the slower he will go.
He said something about wanting to play dueling banjo.
We need more instruments in the band, but how do you transport a baby grand?
It's time for members to come up with a master plan.

    Thanks
    wildman

:) I know what you mean. Sometimes it is also hard for the wildman to get into the rhyming thing.
Some times the rhymes come in a flash, other time it's a royal pain in the (hello).
The wildman has from a very young age, has been able to have rhymes made.
As if bragging I don't want to sound, but in my school days, a few A's were passed around.
This rhyming game is so much fun for me, so let's have many more people join us. Do you agree?

    Thanks
