A silver platter it is, teeth on top
as the teeth you do flick
I'll get my coat, hat, and take off in a trot

    I never mentioned toothpicks used.
It was You that you got me of that accused.
My tears make you allergic, are they full of acid ?!?
    Please try taking some antacid.

Perhaps I just was saying something really dum.
Ronjor, I got some tums for you on hand,
and they're flavorful, and not at all that bland !

I sense you don't want to get educated much about health.
    Rather nibble on fatty pigs,
that doesn't add much to the brain-cells' wealth.
    But alright, once lets indulge,
we find later some slimming tricks.

we'll have soy and yogurt for our meal.

Are there any grains you care to suggest?
    I'll try that fiber soon.
    On that you can rest.

    Ok, since you ask,
this from now on should be your task.
Add some Flaxseeds to your meal of oat,
and soon my friend, you'll feel like you float !

Is this what you say, flaxseeds to oat?
Are you sure this won't cause excessive bloat?

That dear, depends on your lifestyle status,
if you drink tons of water, I promise it will lessen the flatus. :)

Dear Ron, our band is not immortal, not that I know.
We should still eat right and know how to do so complete.
So we have all the strenghts possible to compete. ;)
So, indulge in veggies and fiber, and lots of water to flow.
