PCMag: The Best Mac Antivirus Protection for 2021 February 22, 2021 https://www.pcmag.com/picks/the-best-mac-antivirus-protection
Well there are two for sure I wouldn't put (keep) on my Mac. Norton - Because of all the unanswered problem questions on their forum. Webroot - It was good while I was running macOS El Capitan. Then when the upgrades for the Mac came Webroot got behind in development. Longer scan times (Almost an hour), Leaving a lot of files behind when uninstalling and a few other problems. I'm still hoping that Webroot will get better because it was a fantastic security software running El Capitan.
Neil J. Rubenking always rates Norton highly (if not highest) so I am not surprised. That said it probably does well enough to rate highly and is likely the most user friendly of the 3. Still not the one I would buy.
