I use BCD Edit. It's in Part Work.

Oh yeah. Interesting thing is though that PartWork can read the BCD and BootICE cannot, given that they're both on the same RE . Either way, I can edit both in TBWinRE now.

TBWinRE and TBWinPE. I think TBWinRE will suffice correct?
Or why do you use a TBWinPE? Just for fun/testing? Any real advantage or none?

I use both but prefer PE...

If you have an old computer you can make a 32-bit PE.
From a UFD, PE boots in half the time.
From an internal partition, PE boots a few seconds faster.
PE only takes half the file usage in an internal partition.
I rarely use the RE component of RE.

Thanks. Not important for me your reasons so I'll do TBWinREs builds only. Oh and IFL on internal partition. I have to be very careful cause I don't have a spare computer for testing, all I've been experimenting is on my main and only computer I've got. :D

Understood. Testing computers are worth their weight in gold. But restoring an image is pretty good too.

    To make my TBWinPE...

I use a test computer. Although you can use the same method in your main computer. The Windows ADK is installed. I then copy the folder containing the Assessment and Deployment Kit and Catalogs folders to the data partition in my main computer (about 1 GiB). This folder is used as the "Windows AIK or ADK" folder in the TBWinPE build.
In the test computer, an image is restored to get rid of the ADK, as it is several GiB. To make the OS partition lean and mean again.
