Temporary site outage Feb 14th, 2012

Hello all,
Due to a server hardware failure issue, our sites www.returnil.com and www.returnilvirtualsystem.com are down temporarily. Technical support is aware of the problem and working as quickly as possible to get the sites back up and running.

I will post an update to the thread as soon as we get word that the server is back on-line. Our registration, update, support system, and e-mail are still working as they are hosted on different servers so are unaffected.

I am happy to report that our websites are back up as of 3:30 PM EDT US.
