I hourd it just yesterday from Tami that if you wear a necklace of grapes it keeps your sinuses clear and protects you from the floo. Seems to work much better than the beans I put in my ears. Using grapes and removing the beans also improves hearing! Got any tips on how to remove juice stains?

    Oopsie Rosie,

Afore I inoculated the Pro-Teen group, Caca-Roche Corp lopped off the corners of the market to form a circle of wagons. Sitting Bulldip..ie:Cochise, I'm afeared, was the only Brave (Brave...get it?) brave enough to defy the Bravettes an sneak into Nursie Simone's wagon to get his nails clipped and his clock cleaned. He wasn't successful in getting any of Nursie Simones hourd but he musta got something because everything is all itchy now!!

    Not if but when.....

I've been to Vietnam many times and have witnesses the relationship between people there and their poultry. When one of their birds dies, even of flu, it is still consummed.

In the countryside, families depend on their livestock(poultry, pigs) for their livelihood. They buy and sell most livestock and usually consumme their birds when there is not enough to eat....

Killing all the birds in the nation as they did in Hong Kong during the SARS epidemic is not an option as too many families depend on them. The result most likely would be mass starvation and death.

    9) Disguise yourself and your Thanksgiving dinner guests as fish. There has as yet been no proof of successful bird-fish avian flu transmission.

US reviewing deaths of Tamiflu patients
    Thu Nov 17, 2005 10:53 AM ET

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. regulators have asked Roche AG for more information about the deaths of 12 children who took the flu-fighting drug Tamiflu, saying in a report released on Thursday that the cause of the deaths was "extremely difficult to interpret."

The Food and Drug Administration also said it was "concerning" that 32 psychiatric events, such as hallucinations and abnormal behavior, had been reported in children who took Tamiflu, which is in high demand because it is considered to be one of the best defenses against avian flu in people.

Most of the reports came from Japan, the FDA said.

Roche, in a separate summary posted on the FDA Web site, said, "there is no increase in deaths and neuropsychiatric events in patients on Tamiflu versus influenza patients in general."

Ducks infected with avian flu found in Manitoba, B.C.
Last Updated Sat, 19 Nov 2005 21:21:14 EST
    CBC News

Wild ducks in Manitoba have tested positive for a form of avian flu that's not known to be harmful to humans, federal food inspection officials said Saturday as a B.C. farm remained quarantined because of an infected duck.

    Dr. Brian Evans

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency said two wild ducks have tested positive for H5N1 viruses, but not the dangerous strain of the flu hitting Southeast Asia.

Officials called the viruses "low pathogenic," meaning they're not viewed as a public health threat.

"I want to emphasize that the H5N1 subtype detected in Manitoba is completely distinct from the strain currently present in Asia," Dr. Brian Evans told a news conference.
