    Hello,

I got the systemErrorFix pop up everytime I browse a website with IE. I Have ESS, how did it pass through the protection?

Is there a way for ESS to block pop-ups?

    Thanks

ESS will block these pop-ups when it eliminates the source of them.

    Download and run ESET SysInspector
    http://www.eset.com/download/sysinspector.php

When the information is ready , click File > Save Log
    Confirm your wish.

A log file , places in a zip archive , will be created.

Please , send that archived file to ESET Technical Support , support@eset.com . Then , they'll guide you to a way to eliminate the threat.

Thaks for the link, I have downloaded it and ran the test but nothing pertinent came up to showing me anything linking the systemErrorFix.

How could this problem have past ESS security barriers? Any ideas?

I seem to have virtumonde that spybot keeps trying to isolate, but keep coming back.

Why isn't ESS blocking it and removing it?

Have you already sent a log from ESI as suggested above?
