Sysinternals has release a new tool several months ago:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/dn798348

As I can't found anything about it on the forum, I'm starting a new thread about it. :)

The purpose of System Monitor is to monitor process creation, network connections and change to files through the event viewer.

Yes, same thing for me on a Windows XP SP3 system.

On the Sysinternals forums, many feedbacks about bugs and a new release 1.02 is waiting.

I don't like tools with a "CMD like" GUI. I'd rather use tools like System Explorer and CurrPorts.
