    Got it. Thanks!

Also for those of you who like Nirsoft's don't forget to check there for regular updates to some really good assembly language programs.

    They are snappy quick!

I only checked Process Explorer, not the other updated Sysinternals applications.
Interestingly, for Process Explorer I notice that the file version is the same as the November 2016 release, version 16.20.0.0.
It seems that only the file certificate was updated, probably for the reason that the previous certificate was out of date.

Yes, I too noticed that Process Explorer still remains in v16.20.

    Thanks very much, anon.
That's a lot more fixes and improvements in Process Explorer than only the updated file certificate that I noticed.
Confusing, however, that the file version is still the same as November 2016's version.

Do you guys know whether the ImagePath issue in the 64bit-version of AutoRuns has been fixed?
It was reported here in this thread in reply # 62 and further.
    Thanks.

Most are written in C++ as mentioned here. I do love these utilities however. I always download the latest version of NirLauncher.

    Thanks for the correction.

I don't remember where I got the notion those apps were written to assembly which they obviously are not.

    Thanks Again.

Er.. How do you mean? Do you mean, if one likes Sysinternals utilities, one might also like Nirsoft utilities, and both can be managed through WSCC or NirLauncher?
Of course, but otherwise, I don't really see the Sysinternals-Nirsoft connection.

It was not meant at any point to imply similarity. Only a mere suggestion to another source of perhaps useful free utilities.

If it was seem as assumed as much then mine is the mistaken assumption.

    Question Re: Process Explorer.

I disable many (too many to check them all) Windows Services and now I am unable to access stacks in the TCP/IP tab of Process Explorer. I get the message, "Stacks not available on this version of windows."

Can anyone tell me what Services are required to view stacks in Process Explorer?

    Thank you very much,

    Andrew

I downloaded Process Explorer v16.21 and Autoruns v13.71

However, upon running, if you check the Help --> About --> PE shows v16.20 and Autoruns shows v13.70

Have PE and Autoruns been updated?

    Thanks
