Yep, for quite awhile now - there's tons of errors.

 

I got a single pop-up to agree to terms of service for Virustotal and replied with yes. Works fine on my system. I don't have it enabled in the scan options and ran it from the context menu. Try unchecking the VT entry in the autoruns scan option and check with an entry using the context menu and see if you get a pop-up to agree to the terms of service. If that works try enabling VT again in the scan options.

 

Also working here after terms agreement accepted
